Charlotte Unruh has participated to the 4TU Ethics Conference in Wageningen, which took place on October 14-15, 2021. The conference aimed to investigate the interaction of new technologies with humans.
Charlotte Unruh has participated at the “Tagung Praktische Philosophie” conference, which took place in Salzburg from September 30 to October 1, 2021.
Charlotte Unruh gave a presentation on May 5, 2021 at the Event "Ethik-Konversationen", which took place at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU). Charlotte presented her research for the project "A Human Preference Aware Optimization System” by discussing the role of AI in shaping the future of work.
In August, researcher Wienke Strathern participated in a three day online workshop in the topic Longitudinal Social Network Analysis around the RSiena software. This workshop is particularly relevant for the analysis of the dynamically changing social networks.
Charlotte Unruh joined the research project “A Human Preference-Aware Optimization System” as a postdoctoral researcher. She will be focusing on the ethical aspects of the project.
Charlotte Haid has joined the “A Human Preference Aware Optimization System” research project. She studied mechanical engineering with a focus on production and logistics at the Technical University of Munich. Her Master Thesis’s research focused on KPI analysis with Big Data in automobile industry.
