The workshop aimed to address the recent efforts in answering the questions related to a rigorous mathematical understanding of the empirical success of machine learning.
The Responsible AI Forum Preview took place from November 12th to 13th, 2020. Over 20 global experts affiliated with the IEAI and its networks joined virtually to discuss their cutting-edge research and findings around some of the most relevant issues in the field of AI Ethics.

The team of the research project “Consumer perception and acceptance of an AI-enabled recommender system” received the Best Poster Award at the TUM Research Fest for their research investigating the consumer’s perception and acceptance of recommender systems with nudges.

Marisa Tschopp, researcher at scip AG and ambassador for the Women in AI Initiative in Switzerland was the guest speaker at the virtual TUM IEAI Speaker Series session that took place on Thursday, October 22 2020.
